Not getting alerts?

Pick the case that matches. The causes are different.

No alerts at all

1. Is your plan active? Send /status. If your trial or plan has ended, alerts have stopped. Renew from /upgrade, or on the free plan tap ▶️ Resume free tracking.
2. Are you tracking anyone? Send /list. An empty list is the most common cause: an /add with a misspelled handle tracks nothing.
3. Are alerts switched off? /status shows how many alert switches are on, and ❌ None — alerts paused when every one is off. Open ⚙️ Settings → 🔔 Alerts and check each group.
4. Is 🔇 Volume dropping them? In ⚙️ Settings → 🔇 Volume, quiet hours set to 🗑 Drop discard alerts in that window (times are UTC), and Max per hour discards anything over the cap. Switch to 🔕 Silent or remove the cap.
5. Did you block or clear the bot? Telegram stops delivering. Send /start to @XHuntrBot again.
6. Give it time. If all of the above are fine, nothing you track has moved yet. See below.

One type missing

1. Check that switch. Every alert has its own switch in ⚙️ Settings → 🔔 Alerts, and each account can override it in My List. Check both.
2. Check 🌍 Chains. Coin alerts only come from the chains switched on in ⚙️ Settings → 🌍 Chains.
3. Check 🏘 Members. A members limit skips community alerts for communities larger than it.
4. Is that account muted? Open it from My List. A muted account shows Muted until ….
5. Coin updates need CA tweets. 📈 Coin updates (multiples and rugs) only arrive while 📡 CA tweets is also on.
6. Convergence needs two. It fires only when two or more accounts you track land in the same community.
7. Launches are rare. 🚀 Launch only fires when a coin traces to a community the KOL owns. Getting 👁 Mentions but no Launches is normal.
8. Callouts need a linked X. pump.fun callouts only arrive from KOLs XHuntr can match to pump.fun.
9. Big follows, Big launches, Follows are off until you switch them on, and Big follows are not sent on the free plan.
10. EarlyHunt: is the campaign switched on, is it over-filtered (a too-tight ⏳ Age, 👥 Follows or 🪙 Needs CA), and have you used your allowance?
11. Stream Alerts: switched on, and under your daily limit?

Alerts stopped

1. Did your plan just end? /status. Expiry is the usual answer; you get a warning before it happens.
2. Free plan: did the 14 days pass? Free tracking needs a tap every 14 days. After 3 more days alerts pause until you tap ▶️ Resume free tracking.
3. Free plan: daily cap? Free plans get up to 25 alerts a day (Pacific time). The bot tells you once a day when you hit it.
4. Did the account go dark or get suspended? XHuntr sends a notice rather than going quiet, unless you switched ⚠️ KOL status off. Check /list and your history.
5. Did you just come back from a break? XHuntr re-snapshots your accounts and stays quiet briefly so you are not flooded with old changes. Alerts resume after.

Quiet is often correct

XHuntr alerts on change against the snapshot taken when you added an account. Their existing communities are the starting point, not news, so a new list is silent until someone moves.

If a week passes with nothing across several accounts, the problem is usually who you track. Accounts that never create, join or post a CA produce nothing. See Build a watchlist that fires.

Tip

/status shows Alerts received as a running total. If it is climbing, delivery works and the question is only which accounts are quiet.

Still nothing

Open ❓ Help → 💬 Contact support in /menu. Include what /status and /list show, which alert you expected, and roughly when you last got one.
