Spy Account

Tracking tells you what changes. Spy Account tells you what is true right now: a one-off lookup of every X community an account belongs to.

/communities Cented7

In /menu it is 🔎 Discover → 🔍 Spy Account, which lets you pick from your tracked list or tap 🔍 Search Any X Account. /lookup does the same thing; sent with no handle, it opens that picker.

What you get back

For each community:

The community name
Their role: owner, admin or member
Member count
When the community was created

Owner of a recently created community, on an account nobody is watching yet, is the shape most worth a second look.

It does not use a slot

Spy Account is a live lookup, not tracking. It costs nothing from your plan and works on any X account.

Use it for	Why
Vetting before you spend a slot	See whether the account is active in communities at all
Investigating an alert	A Coin Mention fired; see what else they are in and what they own

Possible answers

Reply	Meaning
🏘 @handle has no communities.	A real answer. Plenty of accounts are in none.
❌ Couldn’t find @handle on X.	Check the spelling on x.com; handles change often.
❌ Couldn’t fetch communities right now.	A temporary problem. Try again in a moment.
