Discounts and codes

Discounts stack, in a fixed order. Every one is shown on the checkout receipt before you pay.

How discounts, codes and credit combine at checkoutExample on a list price of 100: a 20% new-user offer takes it to 80; a 50% code multiplies on top and takes it to 40; account credit can cover at most half of that, 20; you pay 20, in SOL or ETH. EXAMPLE 20% new-user offer + a 50% code + enough credit 100 List price in SOL −20 1. First-order offer new-user 20%, first plan −40 2. Your code multiplies on top: ×0.5 −20 3. Account credit you choose · max half 20 You pay in SOL or ETH The receipt shows every step before you pay. What it says is what you pay. Applies to your first purchase only. If you qualify for more than one, the bigger one applies; they do not add up with each other.

Offer Who gets it
20% new-user offer Every new user, on their first plan, within 14 days of signing up (trial or free plan). This includes people who joined through a referral link.
Personal discount code Sometimes sent to a single account. It is a first-order offer too, so it does not stack: the bigger first-order offer applies.

The new-user offer is applied automatically. None of these apply if you have paid before.

Shared promo codes are entered with 🎁 Have a code? on the plans screen, or 🎁 Enter Code on 💎 My Plan. A shared promo code:

  • stacks on top of the first-order offer, multiplied rather than added: 20% off then 50% off is 0.8 × 0.5 = 60% off
  • works on renewals, upgrades and slot add-ons, not just first purchases
  • may be limited to a number of people or a time window, and closes when it runs out

Other codes behave differently: a personal discount code is a first-order offer (step 1, does not stack), and an access code grants Pro days rather than a discount.

Credit comes off what is left after the discounts, up to half of that amount. At checkout you choose how much to use: all that fits, half, none, or an exact amount. See Account credit.

The plans screen shows prices with your discount already applied (marked 🎁), and the receipt lists each step. What the receipt says is what you pay.
